APPLICATION FOR WATER SERVICE
Complete the Application for Water Service if you have purchased a home in the CHJA service area. Please contact the business office at (724) 375-1303, Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 4:30PM. At least 48 hours prior to the closing date, so a final reading can be set up. Required information: date of closing (reading will be scheduled the day before closing), and The Application for Water Service must be returned to the office along with a copy of their driver's license and proof of purchase.
The Tenant Authorization Form is completed by the Landlord in order for CHJA to bill the renter. CHJA will not be responsible for issuing duplicate billings. Billings will be sent only to the tenant. It is at the landlord's discretion to schedule a reading at a $25.00 fee.
